For tourist activities, the modification period is 15 days, unless otherwise specified on the service page. For activities organized with other entities and schools, terms may vary based on agreements made with them. You can independently request a service change and/or refund from the appropriate “Make a service change” page.

7. Prices and Taxes

Specific prices for each service are listed on their respective service pages, and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise specified.

8. Refund

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in the form of a coupon for the amount spent, net of any fees and collection and payment charges. You can request it from the appropriate “Make a service change” page.

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, are reserved and owned by Axante Srl.

10. Jurisdiction

For any legal disputes, the competent jurisdiction is that of Rome.

WI SCHOOL WITH CANCELLATION is insured by IMA ASSISTANCE, specifically for Educational Travel, which provides: Cancellation Guarantee, 24-hour Assistance, coverage for any Medical Expenses while traveling
( Italy € 2,500, Europe € 5,000, World € 10,000), Baggage Guarantee, Zero Risk Guarantee, which covers higher expenses in case of fortuitous events, and Accident Guarantee. It also provides special guarantees in the event of Medical Grounding or Quarantine while traveling.The cancellation guarantee and the Assistance and Medical Expenses benefits are also operative for Covid-19 both for direct contagion and in the case of quarantine of the insured or a traveling companion by order of the Government or a Public Authority.

TRAVEL GUARANTEE FUND with Admission to coverage of risks as per paragraph 2 of Article 50 of Legislative Decree No. 79 of 23/05/2011 (Tourism Code) with Certificate No. A/151.1975/2/2018/R;

BUS OPERATOR NCC rental services with driver buses, The planning, organization and implementation of tourist activities in general, in any form and with reference to any part of Italy and abroad;, is the owner ;
All owned vehicles are insured by the Insurance Company UNIPOL SAI No. 1/2407/230/77543 of € 32,000,000 of maximum limits, 30,000,000 for persons and 2,000,000 to property for each bus in accordance with the requirements imposed by Legislative Decree 06/11/2007 No. 198 which establishes as of June 11, 2012 the new minimum limits for the insurance of compulsory motor vehicle liability in tripartite form.That Robi Gteam Services declares that it has read and consequently assumes responsibility about the fulfillments and guarantee provided by MIUR AOODGSIP Circ. OFFICIAL REGISTER (U). 0000674.03-02-2016;
