Truffle hunting experience for small groups

We offer you an experience out of the ordinary: a real truffle hunt in the woods with trained dogs, followed by a tasting of this rare culinary treasure. Truffles, wine, oil and liqueurs of our production will be the ingredients that will make this adventure unforgettable.

Program

• 8.00 am departure from predefined location
• 9.00am arrival in Manziana and breakfast
• 9.30 am after preparation, departure for the Bosco
• 12.00 return to the headquarters in Manziana
• lunch
• 3.30 pm departure for the return
• 4.30pm arrival at the port

Meeting place and times

The meeting place will be near Manziana where there will be space to park and maneuver any shuttle or coach that will accompany the visitors. The timetable will be adaptable to the needs and disembarkation times of the various cruise ships will participate.

Arrival at the woods

With your vehicle (shuttle or bus, depending on the size of your group), you will follow our car and we will guide you towards an area specially designed to facilitate guests’ alighting.

Before starting the excursion in the woods, some fundamental information and elements will be remembered about the world of truffles and the nature of this delicious mushroom, explaining how it is born, develops and how dogs are trained to find it.

The hunt in the woods will last approximately 2 hours on terrain that is not too demanding, but given the natural context, appropriate clothing with long trousers and comfortable shoes is recommended, both in summer and winter, to ensure safety and comfort. At the end of the 2 hours in the woods, we will return to the initial point of arrival.

Lunch or dinner

Based on the time chosen, we will determine whether to organize a lunch or dinner, and depending on the size of the group, we will choose the ideal location to welcome guests.

Menu: *With the exception of only one starter (salami) Our menu meets the needs of people who follow a vegetarian diet.

Sweet Coffee and Digestives: Local Dry Biscuits: Espresso Coffee:  Digestives (Bitters, Limoncello, Grappa)

Organization

For corporate and team building events, we can also accommodate large groups, as we collaborate with several truffle diggers.
In this case we will divide the group into smaller teams of 15 – 20 people for each quarryman, thus creating a small playful competition between the participants.
